Following a 25-year project management career across the telecoms and postal industries, Wilson Lorimer moved to his passion for uplifting property value while leveraging his corporate skills. He has been buying, renovating and developing residential properties across Victoria for over 10 years — and by his own account, he's loved every minute of it.
What started as a passion for seeing the potential in overlooked properties has grown into a structured, full-lifecycle development business. Wilson manages everything himself: researching and sourcing properties, securing funding, overseeing renovations and subdivisions, maintaining relationships with trades and professionals, and ultimately bringing finished properties to market.
